Role Summary

At Rapid Response Monitoring, a custodial team member is responsible for maintaining the facility, including performing repairs and maintenance tasks as well as, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organized environment . This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks, waste management, sanitization, stock management, providing support in maintaining outdoor spaces and some repair work and support.

Location

• On site in Corona, California

Pay Rate: Starting at $17 per hour

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time: Midday, afternoons, evenings. Requires weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to maintain our facility in the best condition, including repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and tidiness

• Clean and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and commonly used areas to maintain a hygienic environment

• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum indoor office space and maintain outdoor areas

• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and janitorial supplies

• Adhere to safety guidelines, and handle cleaning chemicals safely

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations related to cleanliness, safety, and security

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning, maintenance and repair experience is required

• Must be able to do physical work and lift up to 30lbs
