The Recruiting Assistant plays a key role in accomplishing the mission of Rapid Response Monitoring by growing our team through identifying and hiring qualified talent. The Recruiting Assistant will assist in all facets of the recruiting process, utilizing excellent communication skills and high level professionalism. Success in this position is achieved through a high attention to detail, the ability to accept and apply feedback and a sense of urgency.

This position is in-office and reports to our facility in Henderson, NV

Salary

$22-25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for an assigned group of job posts.
• Supporting the applicant tracking, logging and reviewing processes.
• Full accountability for scheduling, conducting and supporting different stages of the interview process.
• Track new hire offers, interact with candidates, Human Resources and the training team to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
• Help to plan and execute recruiting events. Act as a Rapid Response ambassador at events.
• Maintain a presence on networking platforms and engage potential candidates.
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience, scheduling efficiency and process enhancements.
• Flexible availability to work extended hours to accommodate for candidate scheduling needs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting capacity.
• Holding or working towards a 2 year college degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Successfully clear drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements
• Must go through and successfully complete the operator training course & all Operations skill set training (provided by Rapid Response Monitoring).
